Touchscreen Controls

The Prodigy features a 15” touchscreen interface powered by the Aries 2 operating system, offering intuitive and easy-to-program controls that significantly reduce setup time. The display provides real-time information, including the number of prints (in dozens) and production speed (pieces per hour). Adjustable dwell times allow for fine-tuning the cycling speed and cool-down time, while digital stroke length adjustment ensures precise control over each print. You can also save and recall job settings for quick setups in future runs.

Print Heads

Equipped with servo-electric print heads, the Prodigy offers independent control over flood and print speeds, ensuring smooth and consistent results. Each head supports multiple print strokes (1–9 per head) for versatile printing options. The quick-release squeegee and flood bar system allows for fast changeovers, minimizing downtime. The built-in Skip-Shirt sensor automatically detects when a shirt is missing, preventing misprints and material waste. Rear screen holders with mechanical clamps make screen loading fast and easy, allowing you to focus on production.

Tool-less Adjustment

The Prodigy’s tool-less adjustment system offers independent squeegee and flood bar angle settings with single-handed adjustments ranging from 0º to 30º in 5º increments. This flexibility allows for precise printing on various substrates. The three-point micro-registration system provides fine-tuned control over front-to-back, left-to-right, and rotational movements, ensuring perfect alignment for multicolor prints.

Safety Systems

Laser Alignment System

Pallets

The Prodigy features slide-style pallets, similar to those found on larger automatic presses, with tool-less locking and unlocking mechanisms for easy changeover and adjustment. Standard rubber-coated aluminum pallets are included, with 9.1” x 12” pallets for machines with an 8” x 8” print area, and 11” x 16.3” pallets for machines with a 10” x 12” print area. Custom and specialty pallets are also available upon request to meet your specific printing needs.
